So sad...

I first heard this song a few tears ago while transferring some music to a young girls MP3 player.

She sang it word for word with so much emotion even if a little off key. It got to me. When she finished I asked "Who are you singing about?" thinking of a young boy that may have done her wrong.

I was shocked when she said "My Dad"

Fortunately she has learnt to escape his cruel behaviour.

If you can put your life into words and get over it that way, more power to you!You can see in her moves that she is confident within herself.Talking from experience. Was a dancing teacher and those moves are super cool!

I think the biggest lesson the young girl has learnt is to not get involved with her fathers temper tampers, probably the best thing I've taught her. She was at an age where the authorities couldn't place her in a permanent family environment, to old to be fostered, too young to be independent. There are many out there in similar circumstances.
